Dear Parents,

We are delighted that you are considering a Montessori education for your child. For over sixty years, The Manor Montessori School has provided a high-quality early learning environment that nurtures each child’s natural curiosity and love of learning during these formative years. We remain dedicated to upholding the highest ideals of Dr. Maria Montessori’s philosophy and teaching methods.

The Montessori approach is built on respect for the child and confidence in their abilities. Our teachers embody this spirit every day, guiding children toward independence and helping them reach their fullest potential.

The Manor Montessori School welcomes children of all races, religions, and national or ethnic origins. Every teacher holds at least a bachelor’s degree and a Montessori teaching diploma from either the Association Montessori Internationale (AMI) or the American Montessori Society (AMS). Our school is accredited by the Maryland State Board of Education and partners with the Washington Montessori Institute’s teacher education program.
